Shipping policy

PROCESSING

  • Please allow 5-7 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) for processing of your items.
  • For EMBROIDERY items, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing your items.
  • Orders placed after 1pm/CST on Friday's will beginning processing the following Monday.
  • After orders have been placed, ABSOLUTELY no changes can be made.

SHIPPING

  • All orders will be shipped from Little Rock, Arkansas.
  • Domestic shipping times are 5-7 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) via USPS.
  • Shipping times are calculated AFTER processing and after the item has been shipped.
  • Tracking information will be communicated via the email provided at time of purchase. Check your spam/junk folder in the event you're unable to locate tracking information.  Contact us at [email] if you cannot locate your tracking information.
  • Designed to a T is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to USPS.
  • Designed to a T is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at time of check out.
  • Designed to a T is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after orders have been shipped.  It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate postal carrier or payment service.
