Due to the nature that all products are handcrafted to each order, refunds are NOT accepted.
We at Designed to a T commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product is thoroughly inspected for defects and packaged with utmost care. Please keep in mind that colors may vary due to monitor/screen settings. Make sure to review your order carefully prior to purchase.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items can be exchanged or returned for the item to be corrected. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at designed2at4u@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and photo proof. There is a 5-day grace period after order delivery to contact us. If we are not contacted within 5 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
